Jim Rogers appeared on the Lew Rockwell show. No video but there is a podcast available (sound only).
Memorable Quote
“Nature invented forest fires, they’re horrible when they are going on, but they clean out the bad growth and the underbrush and the forest starts over and then comes a stronger and beautiful forest. The same applies to economics and other things.”

Is the ETF only way to buy commodities directly for small investors. Are we really getting physical commodities when we buy through ETF. What if an ETF is taken out of an exchange or go belly up.
I know they put aside some amount of the commodity say 1 oz gold on GLD etc. But can we get our hands on it when things go bad.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thank you

Some brokers let you trade commodity futures. You need to shop around though. Check out IB
